LEAN DIGITALIZATION: EFFECTIVE DEVELOPMENT IN A SHORT TIME

Enfotek A.S. General Manager Tuğrul Tamtürk talked about the benefits of 'lean digitalization' as a new concept in ERP. Tamtürk said: “Since there is simplification and digitalization in this design, the company will have an economical and effective ERP in a short time after that point”, and continued “But the issue does not end here. If an ERP system is established and full integrated in 1.5 years, will it be a complete solution even if the conditions for simple digitalization are met? Yes, it will be somewhat of a solution. Profitability and efficiency will increase, but the story will not end here. There are changing conditions. Product groups and market conditions are constantly changing. According to this change, the organization team that we mentioned before needs to do business development work continuously. And this cycle must go on by improving. And I underline; You should always and always do this work with the experts of the subject.".

AGILE CORPORATE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TECHNOLOGY

Saying, “ERP development for lean digitalization should be supported with agile program development tools,” Tamtürk continued: “If classical software development tools are used, the software development process cannot provide timely support for corporate solution creation. That's why ENFOTEK XRADSTUDIO has developed an agile software platform. XRADSTUDIO is a domestic national platform developed for lean digitalization.”

RECITATIVE SOLUTIONS CREATE CHAOS

Underlining that the customers using ERP said “ERP company came, did what we wanted, but we couldn't find a solution”, Tuğrul Tamtürk said: “Actually, the software developer side should not do everything they are told. Because such a way of working can create chaos and insolvency. The customer's daily demands can present a complex business model issue. It takes you away from simplification in confusion. This chaos environment is eliminated by business people who know business practices.”
