LEAN DIGITALIZATION: FAST PROFIT AND TURNOVER INCREASE

Enfotek A.Ş. General Manager Tuğrul Tamtürk talked about the added value that 'LEAN DIGITALIZATION' brings to businesses as a new concept in ERP. We conclude our news series, which we already published before with the titles “A New Concept in ERP: Simple Digitization”, “Simple Digitization: Effective Development in a Short Time” and “What Does LEAN DIGITALIZATION Bring to Business Quality?”, with the titles of 'LEAN DIGITALIZATION: Rapid Profit and Turnover Increase'. “The two important results we mentioned before are; quality, time and cost. Tamtürk said, "Other results of LEAN DIGITALIZATION are more effective and controlled delegation," and continued: "Unless the management can switch to LEAN DIGITALIZATION, it cannot properly carry out the processes of delegating work to its subordinates. The workload of the managers increases as a result of processes that cannot be defined and controlled. This is the most important obstacle; inability of managers to perform their essential duties. It becomes harder for them to make time for themselves to see more opportunities, markets.

BEING DURABLE IS ESSENTIAL

Effective corporate structure, rapid profit and turnover increase. The efficiency of the company is very important here, all these investments aim at being more pro-active, reacting to market conditions faster, and producing error-free, low-cost production. If we are investing up to millions of dollars here and making the institution unwieldy, we are completely off track. Therefore, an effective institutional structure is the summary of all that we talked about. A competitive firm, which has high profit, also takes more place in the market as a natural process. Its turnover increases and as its turnover increases, it finds more investment opportunities and starts to grow. It creates dynamic results such as increased survivability during the crisis, strong defense system, and rapid growth when it finds an environment. For example, with the introduction of hot money in 2007-2008, there were fast growing companies. It looked like they were working profitably and efficiently. But the truth of the matter was growth brought by money. But when the crisis started, it was understood that these companies were not durable and strong enough. In this process, it was revealed that corporate managements became unwieldy. This is what we've been through for the last 2 years. It is the existence of companies that are not resistant to crisis. If we are talking about LEAN DIGITALIZATION, all these data provide endurance against the crisis.”
