Enfotek ERP and Software Solutions' Human Resources Module adds new features, facilitating various processes for HR departments. Particularly, the new Mobile Leave and Advance Request Feature allows employees to apply for leave and advance payments through a mobile application.
EASILY CREATE REQUESTS
Employees can download the Enfotek Mobile App onto their phones, log in with their National ID number, name, and surname to request leave or an advance. Requests made through the app by the employee are easily viewed by the HR Manager associated with the employee, utilizing the 'List Advance Requests' or 'List Leave Requests' screens.
AUTOMATIC SMS NOTIFICATIONS
Following, the responsible manager's response, whether approval or denial, is automatically sent to the requesting employee's phone as a notification. If the request is approved, the respective leave or advance is automatically recorded in the payroll for the month of the request (for instance, in the payroll and attendance records for December if applied in December). This feature not only transfers communication to the Enfotek Mobile App but also eliminates the need for paper documents and wet signatures.
