Nergis İnceli, who has been a manager in the Corporate Performance Development Department of Spot Tekstil, which has been operating in the textile industry for 26 years, explained why they preferred EDS, ENFOTEK's 100% domestic ERP program:
Could you briefly tell about yourself, your educational and professional career background?
I was born in Ankara in 1983. After graduating from Ankara Bahçelievler Trial High School, I finished Çankaya University, Department of Industrial Engineering. I graduated from university in 2007 and moved to İzmir in the same year. Right after my graduation, I started my working life in the internal audit department in the textile industry. Getting a job in the internal audit department was an advantage for me. Thus, I was able to observe the functioning of textiles and had the chance to learn about the duties, responsibilities and goals of all departments. In 2010, I started to work as EDS-Project Leader at Spot Tekstil. Since 2016, I have been working as a manager in the Corporate Performance Development Department.
Could you give brief information about the business?
Spot Tekstil was established in 1993 in İzmir. It is a company working on apparel in the textile sector. Our company, which provides job opportunities for 250 people, produces for the world's leading brands Inditex Group and H&M. We have an annual export capacity of 20 million men's & women's and children's clothing.
How many years have you been using EDS? Why did you prefer EDS?
Our company has been working in cooperation with EDS for about 15 years. I think that the presence of textile engineers and a team that knows the needs of textile behind the software program is an important factor in choosing EDS. In addition, the fact that Enfotek is a local company from İzmir, like our company, provided an advantage in terms of both speaking the same language and increasing accessibility to the information source. Firstly, I would say EDS's ability to constantly renew itself. And the other 2 features include that it can easily access to information and it’s also a user-friendly program

At the same time, there is definitely a need for a team to carry out the installation project within the company.
